Password protect your booking page
You may want to limit access to your online booking page to ensure only qualified people can make a booking. Adding a password is an easy way to keep unwanted bookers away.
This feature is available on our Individual, Professional, and Team plans.

Set a password on a booking page
- In your booking page settings, look under the Additional Options menu and select Availability Rules.
- Scroll down and click on the option labeled "Password protect your booking page".
- Enter your desired password into the field provided and click Save all changes.
One thing to note, it isnβt possible to pre-fill the booking page password using the URL. It will need to be manually entered by your booker each time.
When your page is password protected, YouCanBook.me will prompt each booker to enter the password before they can access any part of the booking site.
Remove the password from a booking page
To turn off a password on your booking page, simply toggle this feature off under Availability rules settings.
