How do I stop follow-up emails if the booker is a no-show?

You’ve got bookings coming in and notifications going out, including a beautiful follow-up email that is sent after the booking has happened. But what happens if the booking doesn’t happen? Mark the booking as a no-show

This feature is available on Professional and Teams plans.

When you mark the reservation as a no-show, you will have the opportunity to disable any follow-up emails from being sent to the booker, uncheck the box to prevent the notification from being sent.
