How do I make an appointment or join a meeting?

You don't need to create an account to book an appointment with someone using YouCanBookMe, or to join a meeting scheduled through YouCanBookMe.

This feature is available on all our plans, including the Free one.

How to make an appointment 

All you need is the booking page link or URL that they share with you. The booking page link will look something like:  https://example.youcanbook.me 

Sometimes you'll find their booking page embedded directly in their website. In that case, their link may look something like:  https://mywebsite.com/book-an-appointment 

If you can't find the link, just contact the person you're looking to schedule with, and they'll be able to provide it.

How do I join a meeting?

If you've already scheduled an appointment, the person you've booked with will send you a confirmation with details on how you'll join the meeting. You may see a physical address or a video conference link. That link could look something like this: 

https://example.youcanbook.me/google-meet/RXRL-WJMZ-RPSW

To join the meeting virtually, simply click on the link in your confirmation email or if's been added to your calendar.

If they haven't included that in your confirmation email or on the event that was added to your calendar, contact them directly and they'll be happy to provide further details. 

Our support team cannot provide you with details on how to join the meeting you've booked, so please reach out to the person you're trying to meet with directly.
