Customers on a paid plan receive full premium support, including 1:1 support requests and scheduled callbacks. Customers on a trial plan also receive premium support for the duration of their trial.
Free plan users can access our support site, community forum, webinars and helpful video resources, including the interactive guide (a green pop-out to the right of the screen when you’re in the YCBM page settings).
You can upgrade at any time to access 1:1 premium support.

YCBM Chat Widget
We have an AI chatbot named Ava who is constantly learning and can answer common questions about your account, integrations, and more. Feel free to ask Ava questions if you prefer an immediate response. If for any reason, Ava needs a human to intervene for support, it will route your inquiry to a support agent who will follow up with you via email.
Locate the green chat widget in your YCBM dashboard to get answers from Ava.

Paid and Trial customers can open a ticket with the support team via email anytime at support@youcanbook.me. Our team is available to support you Monday through Friday, 4am - 8pm EST, excluding Christmas Day and New Years.
