Managing your Integrations
YouCanBookMe can be integrated with multiple calendar accounts, along with other services like Zapier and Zoom. For a complete list of our integrations, click here.

Integrate with calendar accounts
When your YouCanBookMe account was first created, you were prompted to integrate either with a Google or Outlook calendar account. At any time, you can choose to integrate additional calendar accounts - your own or those of your team.
- From the top account navigation menu, select Integrations. This is where all your integrated accounts and services reside.
- Under the section Integrate with additional calendar accounts, click Connect next to the additional calendar accounts you would like to share with YouCanBookMe.
- If you want to connect to a team member's calendar, invite them as a Contributor on the Team Management page.
Additional Integrations
After you've integrated all of your calendar accounts, you may also want to integrate additional services with YouCanBookMe. Account Owners can integrate a single account for each service. To integrate with a specific service, click Connect under that service and enter your account credentials.
Account Owners can integrate Stripe, Zapier, and Gmail for the entire team. Each team member can integrate their unique Zoom account when they are invited as a Contributor on the team account.
- Stripe allows you to take credit card payments for your bookings securely.
- Zapier connects your YouCanBook.me account to hundreds of apps like ActiveCampaign, Workato, Salesforce, Infusionsoft, MailChimp, Google Apps, and more - getting your booker's data into systems you already use.
- Gmail sends notifications from your bookings straight from your Gmail-based account, helping improve deliverability and giving you a copy of every email sent.
- Zoom generates unique meeting links for each of your bookings from your personal Zoom account.
- Slack allows you to send booking-related notifications to a slack channel.
- Google Analytics allows you to track top sources that are leading your bookers to your booking page.
Removing integrations
1. At any time you can remove an integrated calendar account or service. From the list of integrated accounts, click Disconnect.
When disconnecting a calendar account from YouCanBookMe, any booking pages linked to calendars from that account will stop working. You'll need to edit those booking pages to link them to a different calendar or set them offline.
Re-authorize an integration
If you've changed a password or security setting in your calendar account you may need to re-authorize our connection to a specific integration.
1. Click the three vertical dots next to the Disconnect button and select Re-authorize.
Having trouble with Zoom? When joining a Zoom meeting and you see the message "the meeting organizer needs to complete their setup process" come to your Integrations page and re-authorize the connection to your Zoom account.
