Integrate with ActiveCampaign through Zapier

If you use ActiveCampaign for your email marketing, you can use Zapier to capture the information from your bookers and have it sent to your ActiveCampaign account. This article will walk you through how to set things up.

This feature is available on Professional and Teams plans.

Follow these steps to set the integration with YCBM and ActiveCampaign.

Follow these steps to integrate your YCBM account with Zapier.
Create a new Zap
Choose YouCanBookMe as your Trigger
Choose New Booking as the Event
Select the booking page you want to use. If you do not see your new page click Refresh results.
Click Test Trigger and in a new tab create a test booking
Select the found booking and continue to setup the Action:
Click to add the Action:
Select ActiveCampaign and choose Add Subscriber as event. If you don't have a ActiveCampaign account you will need to set that up first.
Connect your ActiveCampaign account to Zapier if you haven't already. Inside of ActiveCampaign go to Settings > Developer to get your API URL
Choose the list to add contacts to and then map email, first name, last name and any additional form fields you have to the right field in ActiveCampaign:
Hit Continue then Test Step
Verify that things are showing up correctly in ActiveCampaign. Then hit publish.
Success, now all new bookings from this page will be added to your list in ActiveCampaign.

Is Zapier free?
- Yes, you can set up a free Zapier account and integrate this with YouCanBookMe.
Why isn't the test information from YCBM coming through?
- Be sure that you have the correct booking page open in a new tab. Click Test Trigger in Zapier then submit the booking on YCBM.
