Not all the fields on the booking form are appearing in Zapier

Integrating with Zapier helps you to make your online scheduling process even more automated. You can pass data from YouCanBookMe into a CRM, a sales tool, an email marketing list… whatever you need that information to go! Any answers that are given on your booking form can be sent directly, and automatically, into another tool.  

This feature is available on the Professional and Teams plans.

Getting Started

Setting it up is simple.  The main thing to remember is that each question on the booking form needs its own Shorthand Code.  When that is set up, Zapier will be able to find the code and you’ll be able to set it into your integration.

Using Multiple-choice or Checkbox questions 

To pre-fill a URL with a multiple-choice or checkbox option, follow these steps: 

1. Create a booking page that has a multi-choice booking form question and custom shorthand code

  • Shorthand code: QUESTION_CODE
  • Multiple-choice options: Option 1, Option 2, Option 3

2. Open the booking page by adding the URL parameters to pre-fill a multiple-choice option 

3. The multiple-choice option should be selected when you reach the Confirm booking page
