Participants (V2)
A booking page can have any number of participants. These can be Members, collections of Members, or Resources.
Participants are available on the latest version of YCBM (V2), released in September 2026. You can check which version you are on by looking at the footer of your account.
Within the page under the Participants tab you can connect different Members (your own User Profile or your Team Member's User Profiles) and Resources
Essentially whatever participants you connect to a booking page, the availability settings setup, combination of all required will be determine the availability of the booking page.

Adding a Member
When you click add members a modal will appear. Here is where you can search all available User Profiles. If you are a team of 1, you may see only your User Profile. If you manage a team you should see every Member's User Profile as an option to connect to the page. More info with inviting Team Members.
Adding a Resource
Similarly if you want to add a Resource to a page click Add Resources. A modal will appear and all of your Organization Resources will appear for you to connect. To link a Resource you will first need to create one. More info here.
Allocation Strategy (Members)
Whenever you have multiple Members you will be able to adjust how things are selected and decided. More info here.
