Assign booking pages to an Editor (V2)

Editors can make changes to booking pages that are specifically assigned to them, and view the associated bookings. The Account Owner and Administrators control which booking pages each Editor can access. This article explains how to assign and remove booking page access.

Plan availability: This feature is available on Teams plan.

Set a team member's role to Editor

Invite the team member as an editor, or change them to an Editor later by:

  1. Go to Members in the top navigation.

  2. Click on the team member's role.

  3. Change their role to Editor from the role dropdown.

Assign booking pages to an Editor

  1. Go to Members and open the Editor's profile (click their name and email).

  2. Navigate to Pages on the left hand side

  3. Find the 'Can Edit' tab, and click on the edit button Click

  4. search for the booking pages you want this Editor to access.

  5. Check the box next to each relevant booking page, then click Update.

The same booking page can be assigned to multiple Editors, giving multiple team members the ability to make changes to a single page. The Editor's view on their dashboard will show only the pages assigned to them.

What Editors can do

When an Editor logs in, they see only the booking pages assigned to them. From there they can:

  • Edit the settings of their assigned booking pages

  • View and manage bookings on those pages (cancel, reschedule, rebook)

  • Export bookings for their assigned pages

  • Manage their own integrations (calendar accounts, Zoom) in their User Profile

Editors cannot delete, copy, or create new booking pages, and cannot access booking pages that have not been assigned to them.

Remove Editor access from a booking page

  1. Go to Members and open the Editor's profile.
  2. Navigate to Pages on the left hand side
  3. Find the 'Can Edit' tab, and click on the edit button
  4. Search for the booking pages you want this Editor to access.
  5. Uncheck the box next to each relevant booking page, then click Update.

The Editor will no longer see or be able to edit that booking page.
